Lars Thiesgaard is a Danish voice actor, dubbing director, and audiobook narrator with over 40 years of experience in the entertainment industry. Known as The Man of a Thousand Voices, Lars has lent his distinctive voice to more than 700 roles, including beloved characters such as Pumbaa in The Lion King, Piglet in Winnie the Pooh, Scooby-Doo, and Yoda.
Beyond his iconic roles, Lars has been instrumental in shaping Danish dubbing, serving as a dubbing director and translator for numerous animated films and series. His work spans classics from Disney, Pixar, DreamWorks, and Warner Brothers, among others.
Currently, Lars is touring with his show The Man with a Thousand Voices 2, where he shares anecdotes, demonstrates his vocal talents, and offers a behind-the-scenes look at the art of dubbing.
