Dishy is a Dutch cosplayer who enjoys the crafting part of cosplay the most. Starting the hobby in 2012, he began as a thrifter but quickly started making all his costumes from scratch. Shortly after, he decided to join the competitive scene which led to him travelling to international competitions such as the International Cosplay League (where he placed 1st), the NCC in Sweden, and will represent his country at the Extreme Cosplay Gathering in 2027. In the past he has collaborated with Bethesda and Playstation.
He enjoys seeing the use of textures applied to cosplay, and finds problem solving an important part of cosplay making. He loves seeing how other cosplayers construct their cosplays and is always eager to share his own experience and progress in the hope to help other cosplayers find inspiration for their own builds.
