How do I order furniture, electracy and more to my booth?
On Nordic Expo Service you make your order here: https://shop.nordicexposervice.com/enACF/.
Note: FINAL ORDER DATE for booth services and products at regular prices: Oct 5th, 2026. A 30% surcharge applies to all orders placed after the deadline. A 50% surcharge applies to orders placed during move-in.
We will set up walls as drawn on the floor plan. Any additional walls, electrical items, furniture and the like should be ordered on Nordic Expo Service.
There are two categories of stand staff:
Hall C – loading area and rules when you arrive as exhibitor with products:

This is the designated zone for loading and unloading directly to Hall C.
• The area is for loading and unloading only – no parking is permitted.
• Access and traffic flow are managed by Bella Center Traffic Management during build-up and breakdown.
Hall E – loading area and rules – If you are delivering equipment or materials to Hall E

All goods for the event must be sent to the official logistics partner at the Bella Center loading area. Please clearly label all shipments as follows, replacing the text in quotation marks with your own details:
